After a successful corporate business career with Fortune 500 companies including RJR/Nabisco, Barbara McIntyre became Vice President of Marketing for Sotheby’s International.

Since moving to Santa Fe, Barbara started McIntyre Real Estate LLC, managing her own portfolio and working with other private investors to acquire and lease commercial real estate.

Committed to community, Barbara has been involved in many local organizations and founded the Animal Rescue Fund (ARF!) of Santa Fe to provide emergency medical care to companion animals at risk. Visit www.santafecf.org for more information.

Reflecting a life long interest in learning and books, she now acts as a Managing Editor for art book projects, including Contemporary Art in New Mexico and The Rio Grande: An Eagle's View. She is also the creater of a children's book series Wilson the Wonder Dog.
